Pivot offers three levels of maintenance programs: Preventative Maintenance, self-maintenance with Pivot training/parts, and full coverage comparable to OEM Emerald maintenance. These programs are available across our full machine range, SLA, SLS, FDM/Fortus®, and PJP, so one contract can cover every technology in your shop.
For customers who prefer to pay as you go Pivot offers 3D printer maintenance with pre-visit estimates for Parts and Labor, commercial 3d printer, and Travel extra.
In some cases, Depot repair is the most cost-effective solution. Customers can send us Fortus Drive Block assemblies, computers, and print heads for rebuild, and rent a print head from us to keep production running while yours is rebuilt. Depot repair is also available for SLA lasers.
Pivot extends the life of your workhorse 3D printer(s). New machines are cost-engineered, which is why “old reliable” is just that, reliable. If your machine is already down rather than due for scheduled service, see our 3D printer repair service instead.
