Our customer has two ProCure 750s, aka UV Ovens for post curing Stereolithography (SLA) parts, and the UV Ovens were taking up too much lab space.
Customer Solution: they hired Pivot AM Service to make the ProCure 705 UV Ovens stackable. Pivot AM Service used our fabrication skills to cut the units in half, tig weld the necessary parts back on to make the UV Ovens stackable individual units. Customer now has room for additional refurbished UV ovens. Additional UV Ovens sourced from Pivot AM Service at a discount versus new units.
Now the customer has twice the SLA post processing capacity for UV post-cure in the same lab floor space.
