Stratasys mentions in their product lifecycle classification that service contracts are no longer available for Fortus 360mc/400mcs, but that they have parts ‘available’ for repairs. Then why are we hearing from customers that Stratasys is telling them that they’re out of stock on simple replacement items like build envelope lights? If you can’t see inside your build chamber maybe then you’ll upgrade.
Pivot has build envelope bulbs and plenty of other replacement parts. We’re extending the life of these 360mc and 400mc machines. With a warehouse full of replacement parts we can reliably service and maintain your machine for at least 4 more years. Our preventative maintenance contracts even allow you to lock in your costs as a predictable expense item. We also provide spot repairs for teams not looking to commit to contracts. If you’re more of a DIY type we do sell spare parts to empower the consumer.
