Stratasys’s Q3 earnings report was released November 13, 2025 and there are some telling statistics. It seems that they’ve been able to stave off the erosion of their market share by focusing on top of market critical production chain environments. Even more illuminating however is despite the focus on leaders of industry they still saw a drop of 6.5% in field service revenue. Which begs the question, are these critical production systems operating constantly on the brink of failure? Or have people figured out alternatives to expensive OEM repairs? Or did their customers believe the Fortus 360mc and 400mc machines were End of Life and stopped fixing them?
Pivot AM Service understands the environment that a lot of engineering and product development teams are operating in right now. Budgets are tighter, deadlines are sharper, and some critical path 3D printing technology is aging. That’s why Pivot offers low-cost repair or refurbishment of Fortus 3d printing machines.
